Regular and ad hoc work must be booked for a minimum of 2 hours and thereafter in 15-minute increments. For example, if your cleaning session takes 2.5 hours, that’s what we’d charge.

We never use any harsh chemicals or bleach. Only eco-friendly cleaning products are used to protect you, your family and pets, the environment and our employees.

No, we bring everything needed with us including freshly laundered cloths and mops. We take everything we’ve used away to be cleaned when we leave.

You can pay by cash, bank transfer or standing order. Sorry, we don’t take cheques.

Payment MUST be made on cleaning day or charges will be added to your fee.

Prices are based on the number of hours required plus frequency.

Possibly. Our business trades as a limited company and incurs high costs – Accounting, Marketing, Insurance, Staff, Vehicle, Equipment, Supplies & Laundry. Other less obvious costs include – late payments, non-payments, job over-runs and paying staff to travel between cleans.

Yes, you can let us know the best way to work to avoid distressing them.

Not for regular cleaning sessions unless payments are frequently late. Deposits will be taken for ALL ad hoc work.

Simply let us know 24 hours before cleaning day. Charges apply for late cancellations.

Yes, we work for homeowners, tenants, landlords and lettings agents. We’d be happy to help you with holiday changeovers – cleaning, linen changes and laundry.

No, we like to keep things simple. To terminate your regular cleaning service, just let us know 24 hours before your final clean.

The Supervisor on cleaning day. At other times they’re stored by our Business Manager.

Yes, we aim for that. We’ll provide cover when your housekeeper is sick or on holiday.

Yes, we have £10m employers’ liability insurance to cover them in the event of injury.

Yes, we have £5m public liability insurance to cover you in the event of injury or property damage.

Everyone who works with us is a fully insured employee. Living Wage plus statutory entitlements eg holiday pay is our minimum rate of pay.
